Do you remember the birthday greeting that Giovanna devised for her friend Anna Dello Russo this year? She spelled out Anna's birthday message using her sparkling shoes so I was inspired to create a similar image using a photo of Gio's own shoes. Auguri Giovanna!!

I do my personal best wishes of "Happy Birthday!" to our "Musina" with a joke that a journalist for Vogue, Serena La Rosa, delivered on the last year for the same occasion. How could you blame her?

While I know how much I love Gio and her impeccable style, now that I know she was born two days before me, and is also a Libra, I understand even more why I gravitate toward her. Born on September 26, Gio is a Libran. She is:
Diplomatic (That’s lovely, but try this instead, it might be even better for you)
Urbane (a meeting with the Queen, the President, pfff, I have the perfect dress and shoes!)
Romantic and Charming (champagne and candles for Vlad on the terrace on the Amalfi Coast)
Easygoing (I can find the bracelet for you on my next trip to Milan)
Sociable (Why don’t we go to all the parties for New York Fashion Week, I want to meet more New Yorkers)
Idealistic (Everyone should be able to have their own style and own it)
Peaceable (Yes, absolutely I can, of course, sure, I will try my best to help with the photo shoot while I’m in Paris)
