Giovanna Battaglia: Into The Wild

Giovanna Battaglia created a psychedelic tour de force for the January 2012 issue of W with her black and white editorial "Into the Wild." Amidst the monochrome surreality complete with farm animals and plushies, Chloë Sevigny is the very picture of poise and sophistication as shot by Anthony Maule. The images remind me of the art of Klaus Voormann which graces the cover of one of my favorite albums, Revolver by The Beatles; listen to "Tomorrow Never Knows" while viewing to enhance the psychedelic quality of the editorial. In mezzo alla surrealtà monocromatica completa con animali da fattoria e pelouche, Chloë Sevigny è l'immagine stessa di equilibrio e raffinatezza come girato da Anthony Maule. I didnt like this editorial when i received my W. Maybe because i didnt recognize Chloe. She looks really basic and you really want to look at everything around her.
